One needs to avoid dieting to carry out their personal health plan on eating and fitness successfully as when one stops dieting those pounds you shed pile back instantly. It is a never ending cycle as when a person who has stopped dieting realizes that he has started gaining weight, again he will start with rigorous dieting, and the cycle continues.
Refined carbohydrates like cookies, snacks, breads spike your blood sugar level, so its consumption generally leads to irritation, lack of concentration and getting exhausted quickly. This happens because the lower blood sugar in the posterior regions worsens further. Carbohydrates can metabolize at a very high rate that will increase the blood sugar, but will immediately decrease as there are various nutrients which will be absorbed in blood stream leading to spikes.
To-day all this is upside down and lots of illness dangers we are facing, there is no natural food and only too often no natural healthy appetite either. Thus the question of quantity is often asked and many go wrong over it. The all-sufficient answer to this question is: “Go back to the foods natural to the human animal and this, as well as a countless number of other problems, will settle themselves.”
